America’s Amendment for All Petition
Stop the Discriminating Practice of Gun Control
Gun control has always been about controlling people. Since the 1600’s guns have been made illegal to people of color. After the Civil War, firearms were made unavailable to the newly freed slaves through economic means. From the early 1900’s until the Gun Control Act of 1968, firearm laws have been made to affect the inhabitants of the U.S. cities and places where people of color live. The strictest gun laws in America happen where there are the greatest number of minorities.
Gun control has not worked. Gun control is racist. Restrictions on firearms only affect the law abiding. It has created a dependent culture contrary to the authors of our great nation.
This petition has been set up to show the level of support we know now exists in the great cities of the United States of America for the Second Amendment of the US Constitution as it was passed by Congress September 25, 1789 and ratified on December 15, 1791.
The Second Amendment is for everyone regardless of geography, race, creed, color, or sexual preference. It is America’s Amendment for All.
Please show your support by signing the America’s Amendment for All Petition. We will be delivering copies of this petition to our elected officials in Washington, D.C.
We the undersigned support the Second Amendment and our right to keep and bear arms as defined for all Americans, and hereby put on notice any elected official or business that seeks to limit, alter, infringe on it by discriminatory practices.
